"I will tell you a story that will let you understand better how Argentinians perceive the bombing attack that happened in AMIA (he Jewish association in Argentina) building in 1994.
One time I was doing a tour for American tourists in Spanish. I was telling them about the terror attack, and when describing it I said "the attack was on the Jewish community". At that point the driver stopped me and said “no, no, no, the attack on the Argentinian community”. This might reflect how people feel about it, that the attack was against all of us.
The exhibition for marking 22 years since the attack, that is presented today in AMIA, reflects that, as all the most famous Argentinian singers took part."
